This policy applies to merism.org, operated by Merism LLC, a North Carolina company ("Merism," "we," "us"). It explains what information the site collects and how it's used.
This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us — by emailing hello@merism.org, or by submitting the project intake form at /start.html.
The intake form collects your name, email address, and optionally your company and website, along with the project details you provide: what you want built, your definition of done, what already exists, your budget range, your timeline, and how you found us. Submit only what you're comfortable sharing — the form is for scoping work, and it is not the place for confidential, regulated, or personal data about third parties.
Form submissions are sent to FormSubmit, which emails them to us. FormSubmit stores submissions under its own terms. If we add, change, or remove a provider, this section will be updated to match.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests those fonts, Google may log standard technical information such as your IP address, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. We don't control or receive that data.
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We keep email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary for business, accounting, or legal record-keeping purposes.
You can ask us to delete correspondence we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@merism.org. Depending on your state of residence, you may have additional statutory rights over your personal information — an attorney can advise on which apply here.
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy as the site or how we handle information changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent update.
